We built an assistant that reads project tasks, improves them with AI, assigns owners by rule and writes changes back only after approval.

The challenge
Task lists were filling up with vague, unassigned items that slowed delivery teams down.
What we built
The assistant connects to the team’s project management tool, rewrites task descriptions and adds acceptance criteria, subtasks and effort estimates. It then proposes assignees from configurable rules.
Changes are previewed and approved before anything is written back, and a dry-run mode makes it safe to test on real data.
