Equipment rental job and profit tracker
We built web and mobile apps that show an event-equipment rental business what each job is worth, what it costs and what it earns.

The challenge
Rental stock is shared between jobs over time, which made availability, crew costs and the true profit of each job hard to track in spreadsheets.
What we built
Each project brings together quoted rental lines, crew rates, expenses and payments, so revenue, cost and profit are always visible.
Availability logic treats stock as time-shared. The web app and the mobile app call the same server functions, so they always offer the same features.
