We built a hotel management system that covers reservations, guest accounts, billing and the night audit across several properties.

The challenge
The hotels needed one system for reservations, room allocation, tariffs, guest and corporate billing and the daily night audit, with strict financial controls across every property.
What we built
The system models reservations, rooms, tariffs, guest ledgers, city ledgers, invoices, refunds and tax records. A structured night audit validates and closes each business day.
Automated WhatsApp and email notifications keep guests and staff informed, and staff can work from a dedicated mobile app.

Engineering notes
