We built a platform that reconciles transactions, tracks outstanding amounts and EMIs, and manages reimbursements.

The challenge
The finance team needed a dependable way to match payments, follow outstanding balances and handle reimbursement requests with clear permissions.
What we built
We designed the reconciliation, outstanding-balance and EMI logic around a documented data model and permission system.
The Next.js front end and the FastAPI back end run together in a single Cloud Run service, which keeps hosting simple.

Engineering notes
- Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, access tokens are short-lived, refresh tokens rotate, and the service refuses to start with a placeholder secret.
